To order renaissance libraries please fill out the form below and specify which form of payment you prefer. We accept bank transfers or credit card payments (visa, mastercard, eurocard). In order to pay with credit cards, you shall send us your credit card number by fax to keep it secret and secure. The renaissance libraries are buy-out sfx libraries.

The price includes the license that allows you to use all the sound effects in the renaissance libraries for any kind of production (broadcasting, cinema, cd-rom, dvd, internet, etc.) Without any limitation.

The license is named and not-exclusive. You cannot duplicate or resell the libraries to any third party as yours. The prices below are in us dollars and are valid in those countries where renaissance have no exclusive agents. Please see the worldwide section and check if your country is on the agent list. If a renaissance agent is available in your country, he will contact you for a more precise estimate. For any countries that are not included in the agent list, you can place the order directly on this web site at the licensing prices indicated herein.

LICENSING AGREEMENT

By using these products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this licensing agreement. If you don't agree to the terms of this agreement, promptly return Renaissance the products and any related material. Your use of this work is limited and restricted solely for the purpose of synchronizing recordings therefrom in timed relation with films, slide films, training or marketing presentations radio and television presentations or commercials, and any other multimedia or audio visual display and presentations. Neither you nor anyone else may make any copies of any of the recordings on this work, except as may be designated to a single stand alone workstation for the purpose of specific audio and/or visual synchronization at your own facility. Transfer, copying or duplication of the work in whole or in part for any other purpose is expressly prohibited unless specifically authorized in writing by Renaissance or by a Renaissance' authorized agent. Transfer of one or more sounds to any format allowing network or remote access by two or more end-users requires a Multi-User License. Contact Renaissance for details. In the event of a breach of these terms, action may be taken against you directly by the owner of the copyright.

The RENAISSANCE Libraries are buy-out royalty free sfx libraries. You can use all sound effects of the RENAISSANCE Libraries for any your production (Broadcasting, Cinema, CD-ROM, DVD, Internet, etc.). The license is "named" (it means the license is given only to the end user who buys the CDs and not to third parties). The license is not-exclusive. Duplicating or reselling the library to any third party as yours is forbidden.

LIMITATIONS
You are not allowed to duplicate or resell the RENAISSANCE ST CDs/CD-ROMs, to make separate CDs/CD-ROMs collections of the RENAISSANCE sound effects or resell its audio contents for other library production or services. You cannot sell the sound effects separately to third parties and you cannot allow their downloading from Internet or any other on-line or off-line system and environment.

OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT
The audio content of the RENAISSANCE Libraries, including creative contents like texts and images, is Renaissance exclusive property. RENAISSANCE SFX Library and RENAISSANCE 5.1 Library are registered trademark of Renaissance Sound Technologies. Dolby Surround is a registered trademark of Dolby Laboratories US. Digidesign and Pro Tools are trademarks of Avid Technology Inc. and its subsidiaries or divisions.

LIMITED WARRANTY 
RENAISSANCE Libraries CDs/CD-ROMs are guaranteed to be free from physical defects for a period of ninety (90) days following your receipt of the product. Within this ninety (90) days, should your CDs/CD-ROMs be faulty, you will receive a new copy, replaced free of charge.

LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
RENAISSANCE SOUND TECHNOLOGIES shall never be liable for any damages whatsoever (including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss), resulting from the use or inability to use these Renaissance products.
